Gogosi keto cu afine. Aveam in frigider niste afine de ceva timp si mai multa faina de migdale, asa ca am pregatit aceasta reteta de gogosi keto cu afine, super bune sunt, blatul e pufos si gustos, iar bobitele de afine se sparg asa placut in gura, eliberand dulceata acestor fructe dragalase :) Si sunt si un desert fara zahar, fara gluten, fara lactoza FYI :) (11 buc a cate 180 cal si 3g net carbs)

Ingrediente (11 buc):

  • 4 oua
  • 60g eritritol
  • 60ml lapte (de cocos, migdale, 4 lg)
  • 2 lg ulei de masline (sau cocos)
  • 1 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 1 lgt rom sau esenta de rom
  • 220g faina de migdale
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/2 lt bicarbonat de sodiu
  • 150g afine
  • 1 lg faina de cocos

Mixam ouale intregi cu indulcitorul, adaugam apoi uleiul, laptele, vanilia si romul. Adaugam ingredientele uscate: faina de migdale, praful de copt si bicarbonatul. Spalam afinele, le clatim bine bine de tot si le mozolim cu 1 lingura de faina de cocos.

Incorporam afinele in aluat si impartim compozitia in tava de silicon pentru gogosi foarte bine unsa cu ulei. Le coacem 15-17 min la 170C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Lasati-le sa se raceasca de tot si treceti un cutit pe marginea gogosilor, apoi scoteti-le cu MARE grija din forme, altfel se vor rupe, cum am patit eu cu prima tura, pentru ca le-am scos caldute spre fierbinti din forma :))

Gasiti aici sau aici tava de silicon pentru gogosi. Se pot face fara probleme si in forme de silicon pentru briose, doar sa fie unele de calitate si bine unse, sa nu se lipeasca. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I had some blueberries in the fridge for quite some time and lots of almond flour, do I prepared this keto blueberry donuts recipe, they are so good, fluffy, sweet and the juicy blueberries pop in your mouth in a heavenly way :) Also, they are gluten, dairy and sugar free :) ( 11 pcs of 180 cal and 3g net carbs each)

Ingredients (11 pcs):

  • 4 eggs
  • 60g eritritol
  • 60 ml milk (coconut, almond, 4 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive or coconut)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp rum or rum essence
  • 220 g almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 150g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

Beat the eggs and sweetener, then add the oil, milk, vanilla and rum. Add the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder and baking soda. Wash and rinse well the blueberries, pat them dry, then coat them with 1 tbsp coconut flour.

Fold in the blueberries into the dough, then divide the mixture into the silicon donut tray, very well greased with oil. I got 11 donuts. Bake them at 170C for 15-17 min, let them cool completely then very CAREFULLY remove them from the mould. I took out the first batch warm to hot, and they kinda broke :))

You can make these in muffin molds, of course, just use a high quality silicone and grease the molds well, so that they don’t stick. Enjoy!
