O salata fresh si gustoasa cu arome de toamna, intr-o varianta mai dietetica: salata de cruditati cu iaurt. E super buna ca garnitura la felul principal, pe paine prajita la micul dejun sau ca gustare; nu contine maioneza, deci aportul caloric scade, si e o idee foarte buna pentru cina, daca vreti sa dati jos cateva kilograme :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 2 mere
  • 2 morcovi
  • 200g telina
  • 1/2 legatura de patrunjel
  • 3 lg iaurt grecesc
  • zeama de la 1/2 lamaie
  • 1 lgt otet de mere
  • 1/4 lgt sare

Decojim marul, morcovii si telina, apoi le dam pe razatoare, si tocam marunt patrunjelul. Punem tot intr-un bol, adaugam iaurtul grecesc, otetul, zeama de lamaie si sarea.

Amestecam bine bine de tot si servim salata imediat. E crocanta, racoritoare si plina de vitamine! :) Pofta mare! Salata de cruditati cu iaurt.

ENGLISH VERSION

A fresh comforting autumn salad, in a more diet version: crudite salad with yogurt. It’s yummy as side dish, for breakfast or snack on toast; it has no mayo, so it’s lighter in calories, and also a great dinner idea, if you want to lose a few pounds :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 200g celeriac
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Peel the apple, carrots and celeriac, then grate them, finely chop the parsley. Put everything in a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice and salt.

Mix everything well until combined, then serve right aways. It’s so crunchy and refreshing, enjoy! :)
