Am pentru voi aceasta noua reteta de salata de halloumi si avocado super gustoasa, satioasa, satioasa si asa mai departe :)) Daca sunteti fani halloumi, va recomand si aceste crochete de halloumi, sunt ceva de vis :) Pofta mare!

Ingrediente (2-3 portii):

  • 200g branza halloumi
  • 1 avocado
  • 250g rosii (cherry sau normale)
  • 1 castravete mic
  • 1 ardei capia
  • 1 tija de telina Apio
  • 1/2 ceapa rosie
  • 60g masline Kalamata
  • cateva fire de patrunjel
  • 2 lgt ulei de masline
  • 1 lg zeama de lamaie
  • sare, piper

Taiem branza halloumi pe jumatate si apoi crochete grosute. Le rumenim in tigaie in care am pulverizat putin ulei de masline. Branza mai intai isi va lasa apa, apoi se va rumeni frumos :)

Taiem restul legumelor dupa bunul plac, taiem avocado in jumatate, ii scoatem samburele, apoi pulpa cu o lingura si il taiem feliute.

Asamblam salata: punem intr-un bol maricel (si frumos :) legumele tocate: rosiile, castravetele, telina Apio, ardeiul capia, patrunjelul. Adaugam branza halloumi rumenita, asezonam cu sare, piper, zeama de lamaie si ulei de masline. Servim imediat salata de halloumi si avocado, e dementiala, pofta mare!

I’ve got a new super yummy recipe for you: halloumi avocado salad, it’s just s tasty, nutritious and filling, healthy and so on :)) If you are halloumi fans, please also try these halloumi cheese fries, they are the bomb :) Enjoy!

Ingredients (2-3 portii):

  • 200 g halloumi cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 250 g tomatoes (cherry or regular)
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 60 g Kalamata olives
  • a few parsley threads
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt, pepper

Cut the halloumi block in half and then into thick sticks, fry them in a pan where you’ve sprayed a little olive oil. The cheese will first leave the water out and then it will brown a little :) Cut the rest of the veggies as you like, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and spoon out the pulp, the slice it.

Assemble the salad: put in a large and pretty bowl the chopped veggies: tomatoes, cucumber, celery stick, bell pepper, parsley. Add the fried halloumi, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil serve right away, it;s super tasty :)
