De cate ori nu v-ati pus intrebarea: Ce sa mai gatesc pentru cina? Ei bine o salata usoara cu legume proaspete si proteine din ou si ton e solutia perfecta, daca ma intrebati pe mine. Se face cat ai zice peste, e satioasa si mai ales tare gustoasa :) Si ii place si lui bebe :D

Ingrediente (1 portie):

  • 1 conserva de ton in suc propriu
  • 70g porumb fiert
  • 1 ou fiert
  • o mana de masline negre
  • salata verde sau iceberg
  • 1 ceapa verde
  • cateva rosii cherry
  • zeama de la 1/2 lamaie
  • 1 lgt ulei de masline

Scurgem bine de apa bucatile de ton si le amestecam cu legumele taiate dupa preferinte. Turnam zeama de lamaie, ulei de masline peste toata treaba si asezonam cu sare si piper. Cina e servita!


How many times have you asked yourselves: what else can I cook for dinner? Well, a light salad with fresh vegetables and protein from the egg and tuna is the perfect solution if you ask me. It’s so easy to make, it’s filling and, most of all, it’s super delicious :) My baby likes it too :D

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 can of tuna in water
  • 70 g corn
  • 1 boiled egg
  • a handful of black olives
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion
  • iceberg salad or lettuce
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Drain the tuna chunks and mix them with the chopped vegetables. Pour the lemon juice, olive oil and season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Dinner is served!
