Trufe Tiramisu. Odata cu venirea verii si vremea superba si calduroasa de afara, se cer mai multe deserturi rapide si fara coacere, nu? :) Va propun niste suuuuper trufe Tiramisu, fara zahar, fara gluten, dar super gustoase si aromate, le veti adora la cafea :) Se mai si fac fix in 5 minute, un desert ideal de vara. P.S. – poate incercati si aceste fursecuri keto fara coacere, sunt mortali :)

Ingrediente (19 buc):

Punem intr-un bol faina de migdale*, branza mascarpone, romul (il folosesc pe acesta, Rom Stroh Jagertee 40%, e f aromat si dulce, special pt prajituri), cafeaua instant, vanilia si amestecam bine bine cu o spatula. Nu va speriati daca la inceput compozitia nu pare sa se lege si pare ca ar avea nevoie de mai mult lichid, totul va fi bine :))

Amestecati cu spatula pana obtineti o compozitie lipicioasa, ca o plastilina, pe care o puteti modela usor sub forma de bilute. Tavaliti bilutele prin cacao sau picurati peste ele crema de ciocolata fara zahar (aceasta este preferata mea of all times, e mortala :)

*In loc de faina de migdale puteti folosi biscuitii preferati, eu de exemplu mai folosesc reteta de biscuiti keto de la salamul de biscuiti, o gasiti aici. Pur si simplu maruntiti biscuitii in robotul de bucatarie pana obtineti un fel de pesmet :) Reteta preluata si adaptata de aici.

Now that summer and the hot weather are here, I say more no bake desserts are required, don’t you think? :) I dear you to try these killer no bake Tiramisu truffles, gluten free, sugar free, grain free, but SO delicious, you wil love them with your cup of coffee :) And it takes like 5 min to make them, a perfect summer treat. P.S. – you might want tot ry these no bake keto chocolate cookies, they are also amazing :)

Ingredients (19 pcs):

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 170 g almond flour*
  • 50 g powdered sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Stroh rum
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • cocoa and sugar free chocolate spread for the topping topping

Put in a bowl all the ingredients: almond flour, mascarpone cheese, rum (I use Rom Stroh Jagertee 40%, it’s so full of flavor and sweet, perfect for desserts), instant coffee, vanilla and mix well with a spatula. Don’t worry if the dough seems too dry at first, everything will be ok :))

Keep mixing with the spatula until you get a soft sticky dough, like Play Dough. Form the balls and roll them in cocoa or drizzle some sugar free chocolate spread over them :)

*Instead of almond flour you can use your favorite cookies, after you’ve ground them into breadcrumb like texture. I like to use the cookies from these keto chocolate biscuit salami, recipe here.
