Stiti ca va spuneam la reteta chiftelutelor cu somon si cartof dulce cum ar merge la ele un sos acrisor cu avocado? Ei bine, chiar aveam un avocado extra moale, si ca sa il salvez, am facut acest sos de avocado si capere, fin, cremos si super bun. E minunat cu legume, crackers, tortillas sau ce mai vreti voi sa inmuiati in el :) Oooh, dar si ca sos la niste cartofi noi copti, mmmmm… :)

Ingrediente:

  • 1 avocado copt
  • 2 lg smantana*
  • 1 lg maioneza*
  • 2 lg capere
  • sucul de la 1 lamaie
  • 1 catel de usturoi
  • sare, piper
  • cateva fire de marar

Desfacem avocado, inlaturam samburele si ii scoatem pulpa cu o lingura. Punem in blender pulpa de avocado, smantana, maioneza, caperele, catelul de usturoi, sucul de lamaie, mararul, sare, piper (dupa gust).

Mixam bine pana obtinem o crema fina fina de tot :) *Pentru varianta vegana puteti folosi un iaurt vegetal in loc de smantana si folosi o maioneza de post. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I was telling you for the salmon sweet potato patties that they would go great with an avocado dip? Well, since I had an overly ripe avocado, I made this dip to save it, avocado caper dip, super creamy and delicious. It’s great with crackers, tortilla chips or whatever you want to dip in it :) Ohhh and some roasted new potatoes, mmmmm… :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp sour cream*
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise*
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt, pepper
  • a couple of dill threads

Cut the avocado, remove the pit and spoon out the pulp. Blend the avocado pulp, sour cream, mayo, capers, garlic clove, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste.

Blend until smooth and creamy :) *For vegan option use a vegan yogurt instead of sour cream and a plant based mayonnaise. Enjoy!
