Azi am pentru voi un suuuuuper aperitiv, mai rafinat asa, sa nu zic de fita :)) Branza Camembert in aluat keto. E ge-ni-a-la, cat de superb se topeste branza din mijloc se vede din poze… #drooling #foodporn E delicioasa servita calda, cu un pahar de vin si alaturi de persoana iubita :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

Amestecam bine toate ingredientele pt aluat (adica tot din lista mai putin branza :), framantam cu degetele pana obtinem o bila de aluat. O transferam pe o suprafata pudrata cu faina de cocos.

Intindem aluatul cu grija, avand si sucitorul pudrat cu faina, asezam branza in centru si pliem marginile peste branza. O invelim frumos in aluat, apoi o intoarcem cu partea neteda in sus. Pastram restul de aluat pentru a face diverse forme, eu am facut 3 stelute :)

Ungem minunatia cu un galbenus, apoi o coacem la 180C timp de 25-30 min, pana se rumeneste frumos :) O lasam 5 min, apoi o taiem si o servim. Pofta mare! Camembert in aluat keto.

ENGLISH VERSION 

I’ve got a fancy appetizer for you today :) Camembert baked in keto pastry. It’s amazing, look at how beautiful the cheese melts in the middle is… #drooling #foodporn It’s delicious served warm, with a glass of wine and the one you love :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 100 g almond flour
  • 25 g coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water (45 ml)
  • 1 Camembert round (250g)

Mix well all the ingredients for the dough (meaning all in the list except the cheese :) Knead well with your fingers until a ball of dough forms. Transfer on a surface powdered with coconut flour.

Carefully roll out the dough with a rolling pin (also dusted with coconut flour), place the cheese in the center and fold the dough over it, covering it completely. Save the excess dough to cut out some nice shapes for the topping, if you want :) I made 3 little stars.

Grease this beauty with an egg yolk, then bake at 180 C for about 25-30 min, until lovely golden. Let it cool 5 min, then cut and serve. Enjoy!
