Briose fara gluten super pufoase si aromate? Me haz ‘em :D Gustandu-le nici nu va veti da seama ca nu contin gluten, sunt atat de pufoase si fragede ca e efectiv incredibil :) Iar scortisoara e una din aromele mele preferate, the taste of autumn & winter :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

Omogenizam bine cu un tel într-un bol ingredientele uscate: faina, scortisoara, praful de copt si un praf de sare. Separat batem spuma ouale cu xylitolul, adaugam apoi kefirul, uleiul si vanilia si mai mixam putin. Incorporam amestecul umed in cel uscat si omogenizam bine totul cu o spatula.

Punem cu o lingura de inghetata compozitia in 12 forme de silicon pentru briose. Coacem briosele 30 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Le lasam sa se raceasca pe un gratar, apoi le putem servi :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Super fluffy gluten-free muffins? Me haz ‘em :D After tasting them you won’t even realize they are gluten-free, they are so fluffy and tender it’s absolutely amazing :) And cinnamon is one of my all time favorite flavor, tastes like autumn and winter :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 250 g gluten-free Doves flour mix
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 100 g xylitol (or favorite sweetener)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 150 ml kefir
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Separately whisk the egg whites and xylitol until they form stiff peaks, then add the kefir, oil, vanilla and mix a little more. Fold in the dry mixture into the wet one, gently, using a spatula.

Spoon the mixture with an ice cream scoop into 12 silicone muffin cases. bake the muffins for 30 min in the preheated oven at 170 C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. let them cool on a rack, then you can serve them. Dig in! :)
