Daca nu va dadeati in vant dupa broccoli pana acum, poate acest fel de mancare va va face sa va razganditi :) Broccoli cu sos dulce acrisor. Extrem de gustos si sanatos, fie ca il savurati ca garnitura sau fel principal vegan :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

Fierbem la aburi buchetelele de broccoli, apoi le clatim cu apa rece pentru a-si pastra o culoare frumoasa. Rumenim putin nucile caju intr-o tigaie. Preparam sosul: pisam catelul de usturoi si il amestecam cu ketchupul, sosul de soia, otetul si zaharul brun. Turnam amestecul intr-un ibric micut si il incalzim pe foc pana se dizolva zaharul, amestecand mereu. Aranjam pe 2 farfurii buchetele de broccoli, ceapa verde tocata, nucile caju rumenite. Presaram seminte de susan deasupra si turnam deliciosul sos. Pofta mare! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

If you weren’t much of a broccoli fan, this dish might make you change your mind :) Broccoli with sweet and sour sauce. Extremely tasty and delicious, either you enjoy it as side dish or vegan main course :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 broccoli
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • a handful or raw cashews
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp organic ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp unrefined sugar

Steam the broccoli florets, then rinse them in cold water, to keep a nice colors. Roast the cashews in a pan. Prepare the sauce: smash the garlic clove and mix it with the ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Transfer in a small saucepan and heat until the sugar is dissolved. Place on 2 plates the broccoli florets, chopped spring onion and roasted cashews. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and drizzle the delicious sauce. Enjoy! :)
