Cartofi la desert? Numai mie putea sa imi vina ideea asta! :)))) Dar am o super reteta pentru voi: cartofi dulci copti cu scortisoara :) Sunt, evident, dulci si foarte aromati, iar sosul acrisor se imbina perfect cu toate aromele din farfurie. Un desert sanatos si gustos, cum v-am obisnuit :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

Decojim cartoful dulce si il taiem bastonase lungi, fix ca la cartofii prajiti. Amestecam intr-un bol pudra de Green Sugar, 1 lingurita de scortisoara si una de ulei de cocos. Mozolim bine de tot cartofii dulci prin acest amestec si ii intindem pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Ii coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C timp de aprox 20 de min, pana se rumenesc frumos.

Pentru sos omogenizam cu un tel micut bine toate ingredientele intr-un bol. Servim cartofii dulci copti calduti sau reci, dupa preferinte, cu acest sos. Pofta mare!

*Baby friendly: omiteti indulcitorul, adaugati doar putin sirop de artar in iaurt.

Potato for dessert? Only I could have this crazy idea! :))) But I’ve got a super recipe for you: cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes. They’re, of course, sweet and full of flavor, and the sour dipping perfectly matches the rest of the flavors. A healthy, delicious dessert, as usual :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp stevia sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • dipping: 150 Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp maple syrup

Peel the sweet potato and cut into sticks, just like french fries :) In a large bowl combine the sweetener, cinnamon and coconut oil and toss all the potatoes well, until evenly coated. Arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 min in the preheated oven at 180 C, until nicely brownish.

For the dipping just whisk all the ingredients and serve with the warm or chilled potatoes. Dig in! :)
