Incepem noul an in forta, cu o reteta de chifle low carb super pufoase si gustoase :) Se fac foarte usor si sunt minunate dimineata, la micul dejun, unse cu unt si cu cate un ou ochi deasupra sau cu pasta de masline si rosii, cum le-am savurat eu. Geniale! :)

Ingrediente (12 chifle):

Amestecam faina de migdale, praful de copt, bicarbonatul si un praf de sare. In alt bol mixam untul la temperatura camerei, smantana, otetul, ouale si apa pana obtinem o crema fina, fluida. Combinam cele 2 amestecuri si incorporam branza rasa la final.

Impartim compozitia in 12 forme pentru briose unse cu putin ulei (sau forme de silicon, pentru a nu se lipi) si le coacem cam 20-25 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 180C, pana se rumenesc frumos. Le lasam sa se raceasca in tava, apoi le scoatem cu grija si le putem servi. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Let’s start the new year with an amazing recipe, low carb cheese buns. They are super tasty, fluffy, easy to make and great in the morning, with butter and fried eggs :)  Or you can serve them with olive paste and tomatoes, like I did. Brilliant! :)

Ingredients (12 buns):

  • 200 g almond meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 50 ml water
  • 100 g hard cheese (gouda, emmentaler)

Combine the almond meal, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl mix the butter (at room temperature), sour cream, vinegar, eggs and water until you get a soft, fluid cream. Combine the 2 mixtures and fold in the grated cheese in the end.

Divide the mixture into 12 muffin cases greased with a little oil (or silicone molds, these won’t stick) and bake them at 180 C for 20-25 min, until the buns are nicely golden, a little brownish on the surface. Let them chill inside the tray, then take them out and serve them. Enjoy!
