Iata si o reteta grozava de crackers cu seminte de in, keto si de post :) Sunt mai economici fata de retetele cu faina de migdale, dar foarte crocanti si gustosi, numai buni de rontait la un film, gustare sau chiar micul dejun cu niste legume proaspete, pesto si masline grecesti :)

Ingrediente (1 tava):

Rasnim fin semintele de in la blender sau cu ajutorul unei rasnite pana obtinem faina. Amestecam toate ingredientele cu o lingura, framantam bine, apoi transferam aluatul obtinut pe o suprafata pudrata cu faina de cocos sau de in.

Il framantam pana nu mai e lipicos, adaugand la nevoie faina de cocos/de in. Intindem aluatul cu sucitorul pudrat si acesta si formam un dreptunghi. Taiem crackersii cu un cutit sau o rola pentru pizza si ii transferam cu grija pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.

Ii coacem la 180C timp de 25-30 de min, pana se rumenesc frumos si sunt crocanti :) Cei mai buni crackers cu seminte de in! Rontaiala placuta! :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

Here’s a great flaxseed cracker recipe that’s keto and vegan :) A lot more cheap than almond flour recipes, but very tasty ans crisp, they’re perfect for snacking over a movie or even breakfast, with some fresh veggies, pesto and Greek olives :)

Ingredients (1 tray):

  • 150 g flax seed
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Finely grind the flaxseed into flour using a blender or coffee grinder. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon, knead well then transfer the dough on a surface dusted with coconut or flaxseed flour.

Knead the dough until not sticky anymore, adding more flour if necessary. Roll it with a rolling pin and for a rectangle. Cut out the crackers with a knife or pizza cutter, then gently transfer them on a tray lined with baking paper.

Bake at 180 C for about 25-30 min, until golden brown and crispy :) The best flaxseed crackers, enjoy! :)
