Am pentru voi cea mai simpla, dar mai ales cea mai senzationala reteta de fursecuri keto cu ciocolata, fara coacere! Mi-a venit ideea in timp ca pregateam baza pentru cheesecake-ul Tiramisu :) Ceea ce e super misto la aceste fursecuri e ca se pot pastra in congelator, pentru a fi la indemana in caz de “urgenta”, if you know what I mean… :)) Fursecuri keto cu ciocolata fara coacere. Atentie, sunt DEMENTIALE si provoaca dependenta!

Ingrediente (16 buc):

Topim untul si tocam nucile grosier. Amestecam toate ingredientele pana obtinem o plastilina usor de modelat :) Formam bilute pe care le aplatizam, dandu-le forma de fursecuri. Eu am folosit un cleste pentru chiftele, nu radeti, e foarte util :))

Le asezam pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si le congelam 15 min, apoi le scufundam usor prin ciocolata topita (la bain-marie, deasupra unui vas cu apa care clocoteste) si asezam cate o nuca pe fiecare fursec.

Le lasam la scurs pe un gratar si le mai introducem la rece putin, pana se intareste glazura de ciocolata pe ele. Mama, mama, cum suntttt! :)) Pofta mare!

I’ve got the best and easiest keto chocolate cookie recipe for you, and a no bake one! I got the idea while preparing the base for the Tiramisu cheesecake :) What is super great about these cookies is that you can freeze them to keep them at hand in case of emergency, if you know what I mean… :)) No bake keto chocolate cookies. Warning, they are FANTASTIC and cause addiction!

Ingredients (16 cookies):

  • 150 g almond flour
  • 75 g walnuts
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp rum essence
  • 70 g stevia brown sweetener
  • Topping: 250 g sugar-free dark chocolate, 16 whole walnuts

Melt the butter and roughly chop the walnuts. Combine all the ingredients until you get an easy to mold dough. Form 16 balls and flatten them with your hands.

Place them on a tray lined with baking paper and freeze them for 15 min. Then gently dip them in the melted chocolate (at bain-marie, over a pot of simmering water) and place a walnut on each cookie.

Let them cool on a rack and place in the fridge until the chocolate sets. OMG, they are JUST SO GOOD! Enjoy!
