Astazi avem gogosi in meniu! :) Dar nu din acelea prajite si cu faina alba, ci unele super sanatoase si delicioase, cu faina de migdale, indulcitor natural si cacao de calitate. Daca va mai zic ca sunt si de post v-am captat interesul? :D Gogosi dietetice cu ciocolata.

Ingrediente (10 gogosi):

Amestecam cu un tel primele 6 ingrediente, adica cele uscate. Adaugam apoi si amestecul de lapte si ulei de cocos si omogenizam bine. Turnam compozitia in tava de silicon pentru gogosi (eu o folosesc pe aceasta, dar gasiti si la Decorix sau Simona’s Cook Shop). Umplem formele doar 3/4 si coacem gogosile cam 20 de minute la foc mediu (170C), pana se umfla frumos. Le lasam la racit 5 min, apoi le scoatem din forme cu multa grija, pentru ca sunt fragile. Le putem decora cum vrem: fie le pudram cu Green Sugar rasnit, fie cu fulgi de cocos sau cu ce altceva doriti :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Today’s menu features donuts! :) But not fried, sugar & white flour ones, no way, we have donuts that are super healthy, with almond flour, natural sweetener and quality cocoa powder. If I tell you there’s also vegan, did I get your interest? :)

Ingredients (10 donuts):

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup stevia based sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Combine the first 6 ingredients, the dry ones. Then add the milk and coconut oil mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture in a silicone donuts tray. Fill the cavities only 3/4 and bake the donuts for about 20 min at medium heat (170 C), until they puff up nicely. Let them cool for 5 min then gently take them out from the pan, they are fragile. Powder them with stevia or coconut flakes and enjoy:)
