Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 3 lipii (daca aveti timp sa le faceti in casa e minunat)
  • 100 g somon afumat
  • mustar cu boabele intregi
  • maioneza
  • o ceapa mica rosie tocata marunt
  • rosii, castraveti, mix de salata pt servire

Intindem cate o lingura de maioneza si mustar pe fiecare lipie. Adaugam somonul taiat bucatele, ceapa rosie tocata si rulam lipiile.
Servim cu rosii, castraveti, salata sau orice legume preferati, multe si proaspete sa fie :) Pofta mare!


A fast, tasty and filling lunch. I would have added one avocado cut into cubes, but I think that would have been too much :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 3 wraps (it’s great if you have time to make them yourselves)
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • one small red onion finely chopped
  • tomatoes, cucumbers, salad mix for serving

Spread a spoonful of mustard and mayonnaise on each wrap. Add the chopped salmon, red onion and roll the wraps. Serve with tomatoes, salad or what vegetables you like, it’s important they are plenty and fresh :) Enjoy!
