Ingrediente (3-4 portii):

Spalam fasolea, o fierbem cam 25 de min, apoi o scurgem. Tocam marunt ardeii copti, cepele si cateii de usturoi. Amestecam toate ingredientele si asezonam cu un sos facut din ulei de masline, tahini si putina sare. Asteptam jumatate de ora sa se intrepatrunda aromele. Sanatate curata :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

The most delicious, healthy and filling vegan food ever, I fell in love with it during this fasting :)

Ingredients (3-4 servings):

  • 200 g Mung beans
  • 4 baked peppers
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill
  • salt to taste

Wash the beans, boil if for about 25 min, then let it cool and drain it. Chop the peppers, onions and garlic. Mix all the ingredients and season with a sauce made from olive oil, tahini and a little salt. Wait for 30 min for the flavors to combine. Super healthy :) Enjoy!
