Dragii mei, am descoperit cel mai pufos pandispan fara zahar (sau indulcitori) ever! Se vede si din poze cat de pufos este, deci: daca vreti un dulce sanatos pentru pitici, keep reading :) Efectiv nu mi-a venit sa cred cat de pufos si gustos a iesit acest pandispan cu capsuni, l-am devorat impreuna cu Ilinca; oh well, chiar daca ei nu i-au placut capsunile si m-a pus sa i le culeg&mananc eu :)))) Clar voi face o varianta de tort cu acest blat :)

Ingrediente:

  • 5 oua
  • 4 lg faina alba (80g)
  • 1 lg plina varf ulei de cocos
  • 1 banana coapta
  • 1/2 lgt pudra de vanilie
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt bio
  • 200g capsuni proaspete

Separam ouale si batem spuma albusurile pana isi dubleaza volumul. Pasam cu furculita banana, galbenusurile si uleiul de cocos. Revenim la albusurile batute spuma, micsoram viteza mixerului si adaugam amestecul lichid.

La final incorporam faina amestecata cu praful de copt si vanilia, amestecand usor, cu o spatula, cu miscari circulare de jos in sus, pentru a pastra cat mai mult aer in compozitie.

Ungem cu ulei si tapetam o tava micuta (de aprox 20*30cm) cu hartie de copt, apoi turnam compozitia in ea. Adaugam capsunile taiate in 4, le impingem usor in aluat si coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C timp de aprox 30 de min, pana trece testul scobitorii si se rumeneste usor deasupra. O lasam cateva minute sa se raceasca, apoi o scoatem din tava folosind hartia de copt si o taiem patratele. Super buna! :)

Hey everyone, I just discovered the fluffiest sugar and sweetener free sponge cake! You can even tell by looking at the photos it’s super fluffy; so if you want a healthy treat for kids, keep reading :) I simply couldn’t believe how fluffy this sponge cake turned out, Ilinca and I devoured it, I’ll definitely make a birthday cake with this sponge cake base :)

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 4 tbsp plain flour (80g)
  • 1 big tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tsp organic baking powder
  • 200 g fresh strawberries

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Mash the banana and mix with the egg yolks and coconut oil. Return to the egg whites, lower the mixer speed and add the egg yolk mixture, slowly.

In the end fold in the flour mixed with the baking powder and vanilla, gently mixing with a spatula, using circular down-up movement, to keep the mixture fluffy.

Grease a small tray (20*30 cm) with oil and line with baking paper, pour the dough in the pan. Add the strawberries cut in 4, gently push them into the cake. Bake for about 30 min in the preheated oven at 170 C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean and the cake is golden and firm to the touch. Let it cool for a couple of min, then remove from the tray and slice. Enjoy!

  1. Dezamăgită ca nu pot chips rețeta in keep note. În rest, ma bucur de ideile fără zahar/îndulcitori , vegane, etc

  2. Demult caut un pandişpan fără zahăr :-)
    Oare merge cu unt (topit) în locul uleiului de cocos şi cireşe în loc de căpşuni?
