Vara sunt ideale mancarurile rapide, pentru care nu trebuie sa stai cu orele in bucatarie, nu-i asa? Si cum aveam un piept de pui foarte frumos, de tara, si niste parmezan care zacea de ceva timp in frigider, am facut o super combinatie: pui cu parmezan la cuptor :) Grasimile din parmezan si unt fac pieptul de pui super suculent si gustos :)

Ingrediente (2-3 portii):

  • 1 piept de pui maricel (350g)
  • 1 lg zeama de lamaie
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • 1 lgt pudra de usturoi
  • 1/2 lgt boia dulce
  • sare, piper
  • 30g unt
  • 60g parmezan (+mozzarella)

Stergem bine pieptul de pui, il mozolim bine prin amestecul de condimente: pudra de usturoi, boia, sare, piper, ulei de masline si zeama de lamaie. Ar fi bine daca am putea sa il lasam macar o ora la marinat, sa preia bine aromele :)

Asezam puiul pe o tava presaram pe el cubulete mici mici de unt si parmezanul deasupra. Eu am folosit parmezan+mozzarella. Coacem totul 40 min la 170C, cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele 5 min, pana e rumenit frumos. De-li-cios acest pui cu parmezan! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

In the summertime quick meals are great, because you don’t get to spend too much time in the kitchen, right? :)And since I had a free range chicken breast and some Parmesan that had been sitting for a while in my fridge, I made a super combo: Parmesan baked chicken. The fat in the Parmesan make the chicken breast super juicy and tasty :)

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 1 large chicken breast (350 g)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • salt, pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 60 g Parmesan (+mozzarella)

Wipe the chicken breast dry, then well coat it in the spices: garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. it’s great if you can leave it marinate for at least 1 hour :)

Place the meat on a baking dish, arrange little cubes of butter on it and sprinkle the Parmesan on top. I used both Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake everything at 170 C for 40 min, ventilation on during the last 5 min, until nice and golden :) De-licious!
