Astazi v-am pregatit o tarta sarata delicioasa, Quiche se numeste, insa intr-o varianta mai usoara, fara aluat. Nu omiteti busuiocul din reteta, face toti banii, ii da o aroma… wow! :) E grozava si rece, si calda, cu rosioare gustoase alaturi, fiind perfecta pentru a fi luata la pachet, picnic sau in parc :)

Ingrediente (6 portii):

  • 200g ciuperci Champignon intregi (1 borcan mic)
  • 280g mazare*
  • 6 oua
  • 1 ceapa rosie
  • 1 lg ulei de masline
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 1 mana de frunze de busuioc
  • 100g branza Feta
  • sare, piper

Incalzim uleiul de masline putin si rumenim ceapa si usturoiul tocate, apoi adaugam ciupercile si mazarea. Lasam totul pe foc cateva minute, pana se absoarbe zeama. Separat batem ouale cu sare, piper si frunzele de busuioc tocate grosier si le turnam peste compozitia de legume.

Transferam totul intr-o tava rotunda (diametru 24 cm) unsa cu putin ulei si deasupra punem bucatile de branza. Coacem la 170C cam 20 de minute. O lasam sa se raceasca putin inainte sa o taiem si sa o papam :) Pofta mare!

*Baby friendly: omiteti sarea si piperul, caliti ceapa si usturoiul fara ulei, in 2 linguri de apa.

*Low-carb: folositi orice leguma low carb (broccoli/conopida etc) in loc de mazare.

ENGLISH VERSION

I prepared for you a delicious tart named Quiche, but in a lighter version, without a crust, so without bad carbs :) Don’t skip the basil, it gives the tart a wonderful flavor :) This dish is great served both hot or cold, with fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients (6 servings):

  • 200 g Champignon mushrooms (1 small jar)
  • 280 g peas
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • sare, piper

Saute the chopped onion and garlic in a spoon of olive oil, then add the drained mushrooms and peas. Let it all cook a couple of minutes, until the juice are absorbed. Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and roughly chopped basil and pour the mixture over the vegetables.

Transfer everything in a greased round pan (24 cm diameter), place slices of cheese on top and cook for about 20 min at 170 C. Let it cool a little before slicing and eating :) Enjoy!
