Cine a zis ca salatele sunt fade si plictisitoare? Astazi v-am pregatit o salata dementiala, foarte consistenta, low-carb si silueta-friendly :)))) Salata cu pui si sos de iaurt. Excelenta la pranz sau cina.

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 2 bucati de piept de pui de tara
  • 1 dovlecel
  • 1/2 salata verde (sau mixul preferat de salata)
  • 3 rosii
  • 2 castraveti
  • 2 tije de telina Apio
  • 1 ceapa rosie
  • 50g masline

Pentru sos:

  • 150g iaurt grecesc mic
  • 1 lg ulei de masline
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 1/2 legatura de patrunjel

Punem fasii de piept de pui si dovlecelul taiat rondele la rumenit pe gratar. Facem sosul amestecand cateii de usturoi pisati, iaurtul, patrunjelul tocat marunt si uleiul de masline. Punem toate legumele taiate intr-un bol mare, peste care asezam pieptul de pui racit taiat feliute, dovleceii si deliciosul sos in mijloc. Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric.

Who said salads are tasteless and dull? I prepared for you today an amazing salad, very filling, low-carb and diet-friendly :)) Grilled chicken salad with yogurt dip. Excellent for lunch or diner :)

Ingredients (2 servings): 

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 courgette
  • 1/2 lettuce (or favorite salad mix)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g olives

Dressing:

  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley

Grill the sliced courgette and chicken breast until they brown a little. Prepare the dressing by mixing the crushed cloves of garlic, chopped parsley and olive oil. Cut the vegetables and put them in a large salad bowl. Place on top of them: sliced grilled chicken, courgette and the delicious dressing in the middle. Enjoy!
