O salata simpla si consistenta ca aceasta e un fel de mancare ideal pentru mine vara. Se face repede (ca toate retetele mele :), e super satioasa si aduce organismului toti nutrientii de care are nevoie. Iar semintele de chimen dau o aroma absolut grozava in combinatie cu celelalte ingrediente.

Va recomand calduros sa o incercati ;)

Ingrediente (2 portii)

  • 200g fasole Mung (gasiti aici)
  • 3 morcovi mari
  • 100g branza feta
  • 1/2 legatura de marar
  • 1 lgt seminte de chimen
  • zeama de la 1 lamaie
  • 2-3 lg ulei de masline
  • sare, piper dupa gust

Fierbem fasolea Mung cam 20-25 de minute pana ce e al dente. Curatam si taiem morcovii bastonase de 1cm si ii fierbem si pe ei pana sunt moi (cam 8 minute). Amestecam cu grija fasolea cu morcovii, branza feta taiata cubulete si mararul tocat. Asezonam cu ulei de masline, zeama de lamaie, sare si piper dupa gust si semintele de chimen. Asteptam 15 minute sa se intrepatrunda aromele, apoi savuram o salata delicioasa si sanatoasa :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

A simple and consistent salad is an ideal dish for me in the summer time. It’s easy to make (like all my recipes :), it’s super nourishing and it brings the body all the nutrients it needs. And the cumin seeds give a fantastic flavor in combination with the rest of the ingredients. I do recommend you try it ;)

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 200 g  Mung beans
  • 3 carrots
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 1/2 bunch fresh dill
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Boil the Mung beans for about 20-25 min, until they’re „al dente”. Peel and chop the carrots then boil them too, until they’re soft (about 8 min). Gently mix the beans with the pieces of carrots, the Feta cheese cut into cubes and the chopped dill. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and cumin seeds. Let it rest for 15 min, for the flavors to combine, then enjoy a delicious and healthy salad :) Dig in!
