Provocarea Hai la slabit! merge momentan bine la mine, voi cum stati? :) Sa stiti ca mai am niste retete „la naftalina”, printre care se regaseste si aceasta salata super bogata si consistenta: salata mediteraneana de naut, cu aroma minunata de vara. De notat in caietul vostru de retete, va face parte din meniul unei saptamani din provocarea de pe blog :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

Tocam cum dorim toate legumele, le amestecam cu nautul scurs bine, branza taiata cubulete, rosiile uscate scurse taiate in 4, asezonam totul cu sare, piper, putin ulei de masline, otet de mere. Amestecam bine tot si servim salata imediat, in 2 boluri frumoase :) Pofta mare!

The weight loss challenge on my blog is going fine so far, how are you doing? :) I do have some recipes I saved before, like this rich, filling salad; Mediterranean chickpea salad, with a wonderful summer flavor. Put it on your recipe list, it will be a part of my program following weeks :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 can of organic chickpeas
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper (I used 4 different colored mini peppers)
  • 10 large black olives
  • 2 sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • a few parsley leaves
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Chop all the veggies according to your preferences and mix them with the drained chickpeas, diced cheese, sundries tomatoes cut in 4, season everything with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Mix everything well and serve the salad in 2 beautiful bowls :) Enjoy!
