Ca sa ne mentinem in forma si sa avem energie, trebuie sa mancam multe legume, nu? Eu asa fac si vreau sa va spun ca ador absolut toate legumele, gatite in toate felurile posibile, mai putin pane :) Asa ca astazi mi-am pregatit pentru pranz un stir-fry de legume super gustos si frumos colorat. Si l-am savurat pe balcon, la soare :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 3 morcovi
  • 1/4 varza rosie
  • 2 ardei capia
  • 250g ciuperci champignon
  • cateva buchete de broccoli
  • 200g taitei de orez
  • 3 lg ulei de cocos (fara miros)
  • 3 lg sos tamari (sos de soia fara gluten)
  • 2 lg seminte de susan

Mai intai spalam si tocam frumos toate legumele, trebuie sa le avem pe toate pregatite inainte sa ne apucam de treaba. Apoi incingem uleiul de cocos in tigaie. Punem morcovii si buchetele de broccoli si le rumenim la foc mare, amestecand mereu (cam in asta consta tehnica stir-fry-ului, pe scurt). Dupa ce s-au inmuiat putin, adaugam restul de legume, sosul tamari si semintele de susan. Separat, preparam taiteii de orez conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj, apoi ii punem si pe acestia in tigaie si mai mozolim putin toata treaba :) Servim fierbinte. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

To look good and stay in shape we must eat plenty of veggies, right? I know I do and I must tell you I absolutely loves all vegetables, cooked in every way possible, except breaded  :) So today I prepared a super tasty stir-fry, nice and colorful. And I enjoyed it on the balcony, in the sun :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 3 carrots
  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • 2 red peppers
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • a few broccoli florets
  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (unscented)
  • 3 tbsp tamari sauce (gluten-free soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

First wash and nicely chop all the vegetables, to have them ready before starting to cook. Then heat up the coconut oil in a pan. Place in carrots and broccoli florets in the pan and cook them at high heat, constantly stirring (this is what basically stir-fry technique consists of). After these have softened a bit, add the rest of the vegetables, tamari sauce and sesame seeds. Separately, prepare the rice noddles according to the instructions, then add these as well in pan and mix everything. Serve hot. Enjoy!
