Ce faci cand ti-e pofta de dulce si ai in frigider un avocado perfect copt si nuca de la tara? Trufe raw cu avocado si nuca, adica o gustare dulce super sanatoasa si energizanta :) Cantitatile se pot dubla foarte usor, iar pentru copii* puteti folosi carob in loc de cacao :) Mie imi place sa folosesc chiar o combinatie de cacao+carob, acesta din urma oferind un plus de dulceata si calciu :)

Ingrediente (10 buc):

  • 1 avocado mare copt
  • 2 lg cacao (sau cacao+carob)
  • 2 lg ulei de cocos
  • 3 lg sirop de curmale (sau indulcitorul natural preferat, dupa gust)
  • 2 lg nuci macinate
  • 1 praf de sare
  • pentru tavalit: 3 linguri de cacao, 3 de nuca macinata

Decojim fructul de avocado, ii scoatem samburele si-l taiem cubulete mari. Il introducem in robotul de bucatarie alaturi de restul ingredientelor si procesam bine. Vom obtine o crema fina, ca o sarlota mai groasa.

O introducem in congelator 20 de min sau pana poate fi manevrata cu usurinta (uleiul de cocos se va solidifica la rece, facand compozitia mai ferma). Modelam bilute pe care le tavalim prin cacao si nuca macinata. Se pastreaza in frigider. Pofta mare! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

What do you do when you’re craving for something sweet and you have in the frigde the following: one perfect ripe avocado and walnuts from the countryside? Raw avocado walnut truffles :) A super delicious and healthy treat :) The quantities are very easy to double and you can use carob instead of cocoa for children :)

Ingredients (10 pcs):

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp cocoa (or cocoa+carob)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp date syrup (or favorite natural sweetener, to taste)
  • 2 tbsp ground walnuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • coating: 3 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp ground walnuts

Peel, pit the avocado and roughly chop. Place in the food processor along with the rest of the ingredients and process well. We’ll get a smooth silky custard.

Place in the freezer for 20 min or until easy to handle (the coconut oil will solidify, making the cream firm). Mold balls, roll them into cocoa and ground walnuts. Store in the fridge and enjoy! :)
