Biscuiti cu cartof dulce. Sincer am ajuns acasa dupa cateva zile de concediu si aveam nevoie sa pregatesc o reteta noua, e ca un „drog” pentru mine sa gatesc si sa fac content pentru blog :)) Si m-am descurcat si eu cu ce am gasit prin frigider si camara :) Gustare rapida sau mic dejun, acesti biscuiti cu cartof dulce sunt fragezi, usor moi in interior, indulciti in mod natural si perfecti alaturi de un ceai sau un pahar cu lapte :)

Ingrediente (20 de buc):

  • 250g faina
  • 2 lgt praf de copt
  • 1 lgt scortisoara
  • 80g unt
  • 1 cartof dulce mediu (350g decojit)
  • 100ml lapte

Decojim cartoful dulce (al meu a avut 400g nedecojit, 350g decojit), il fierbem pana intra usor furculita in el, apoi il pasam cu furculita sau cu o ustensila pentru piure.

Adaugam untul si amestecam bine, apoi restul ingredientelor: faina, praful de copt, scortisoara si laptele. Omogenizam bine tot si introducem aluatul in frigider pana se intareste putin untul din compozitie.

Intindem aluatul intrun strat gros pe o suprfata pudrata cu multa faina si decupam cerculete cu un pahar. Coacem biscuitii cam 20 de min la 170C, pana se rumenesc frumos. Pofta mare!

Honestly, I got home from my holiday and I just HAD to cook something for my blog, it’s like a drug to me :)) And I had to manage with what I had in my fridge and pantry :) As a tasty snack or breakfast, these sweet potato biscuits are tender, a little soft on the inside, naturally sweetened and just perfect with a glass of milk :) i

Ingredients (20 pcs):

  • 250g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 medium sweet potato (350g decojit)
  • 100 ml milk

Peel the sweet potato (mine had 400g, 350g after peeling), boil until tender, then mash with a fork or a special kitchen tool.

Add the butter, mix well, then add the rest of the ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon and milk. Mix until combined, then place in the fridge until the butter in the dough makes it a little more solid.

Roll the dough in a thick layer and cut out the biscuits with a glass. Bake for about 20 mn at 170C, until pretty and golden. Enjoy!
