Chiar daca avem abia 1 saptamana de diversificare, (clasica, I’m not the BLW mom type, desi nu am nimic impotriva, ba din contra :) am inceput sa studiez si sa testez retete pentru puuutin mai incolo, si am tot cautat niste biscuiti pentru dentitie cu banana.

ENGLISH VERSION
Even if we just started introducing solids 1 week ago (classic style, not BLW, not that I have anything against that, on the contrary :) I started testing recipes and wanted some good teething biscuits. These banana teething biscuits are soft and chewy, super yummy, can;t wait to give them to my little princess :)
Ingredients (12-14 pcs):
- 100 g plain flour
- 30 g baby cereal
- 1 ripe banana (150 g)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (40 g)
- 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Mash the banana with a fork, then add the softened coconut oil (at room temperature), flour, baby cereal (I used Organix, with natural and organic ingredients: rice flour, corn flour, banana flakes, strawberry powder, vitamin B1), cinnamon and vanilla powder (don’t use vanilla extract, it has alcohol).
Mix well with a fork until well combined, it’s like a soft and fluffy play dough :) Form a ball of dough, place on a surface dusted with flour and roll with a rolling pin.
Cut out the cookies (I got 13 heart shaped ones) and bake them for about 20 min at 170C, until golden brown on the edges. They are not too pretty, I flipped mine because the bottom sides looked nicer :) Enjoy, little ones!
