Briose cu multa ciocolata, super ciocolatoase, pufoase, gustoase si fragede de se topesc in gura, fix ca cele din cafenele fancy :) Se fac foarte usor, sunt gata repede si sunt absolut minunate la cafea sau ceai, give them a try :)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

  • 180ml lapte batut
  • 180ml ulei
  • 2 oua
  • 200g zahar/ 150g indulcitor
  • 1 lg rom sau 1 lgt esenta
  • 80ml apa fierbinte
  • 1 lgt cafea instant
  • 220g faina
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
  • 50g cacao
  • 1 lgt sare
  • 120g picaturi de ciocolata

Intr-un bol mare batem cu telul ingredientele lichide: laptele batut, uleiul (puteti folosi si unt topit), ouale, romul cu zaharul sau indulcitorul. Adaugam apa fierbinte in care am dizolvat cafeaua instant. Aceasta va potenta aroma de ciocolata :)

Cernem faina, praful de copt, bicarbonatul, pudra de cacao, vanilia si sarea in amestecul umed, omogenizam bine tot. La final incorporam picaturile de ciocolata, mie acestea imi plac foarte mult si sunt fara zahar :)

Impartim compozitia in 12 forme pentru briose (eu am decupat 12 patratele de hartie de copt de 12*12cm pentru ca nu mai aveam hartii de briose :) si coacem briosele 30 min la 180C pana trec testul scobitorii. Pofta mare la aceste delicioase briose cu multa ciocolata!

ENGLISH VERSION

Double chocolate chip muffins, super chocolaty, fluffy, tasty and melt in your mouth tender, just like the ones in fancy coffee shops :) They are super easy and quick to make, you’ve got to give them a try :)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 180 ml buttermilk
  • 180 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar/ 150 g sweetener
  • 1 tbsp rum or rum essence
  • 80ml hot water
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 220 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 120 g chocolate chips

In a large bowl add the wet ingredients: buttermilk, oil (you can use melted butter), eggs, rum and beat the with the sweetener or sugar. Add the hot water in which you’ve dissolved the instant coffee. This will give the chocolate flavor a kick :)

Sift in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla, mix well. In the end fold in the chocolate chips, I use sugar free ones :)

Divide the mixture in 12 muffin cases lined with papers (I cut out baking paper into 12*12cm squares, I had ran out of muffin liners :) and bake the muffins for 30 min at 180, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy these amazing double chocolate chip muffins!
