Cartofi copti cu parmezan si usturoi. Am pentru voi o reteta de cartofi la cuptor, dar NU orice fel de cartofi la cuptor, unii DEMENTA! Cu parmezan si usturoi, crocanti la exterior si putin moi in interior, condimentati, mmmmm, si i-am servit cu smantana si ketchup, ne-am batut pe ei, ne-am lins pe degete, whatever you want to call it :)))
Ingrediente:
- 5 cartofi maricei
- 3 lg ulei de masline
- 50g Parmezan ras
- 2-3 catei de usturoi
- sare, piper
- sosurile preferate pentru servit
Spalam bine cartofii si le curatam coaja frecandu-i cu un burete curat. Se pot si decoji, insa eu de obicei nu decojesc cartofii noi, au coaja subtire si ii curat usor asa, cu buretele. Taiem cartofii bucati potrivite, de forma feliilor de pepene, dar la alta scara :)
Ii stergem usor cu un prosop de hartie, apoi ii punem intr-un bol si adaugam parmezanul ras, uleiul de masline, sarea, piperul si cateii de usturoi pisati. Mozolim bine cartofii astfel incat sa fie uniform imbracati in acest amestec.
Ii asezam pe o tava mare de cuptor tapetata cu hartie de copt, intr-un singur strat si ii coacem cam 40 min la 180C, cu ventilatia pornita, pana se rumenesc frumos. Ii servim cu sosurile preferate, noi i-am mancat cu smantana si ketchup :) Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
I’ve got an amazing potato wedge recipe for you, they are so crispy on the outside and slightly soft on the inside, spicy and sooo tasty on the outside, we ate them with ketchup and sour cream :)
Ingredients:
- 5 large potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 50g Parmezan ras
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- salt, pepper
- favorite dressings for serving
Wash the potatoes and peel them by rubbing them with a clean sponge. You can use a peeler tool, but I like to prepare new potatoes like this. Cut th into medium chunks, watermelon like, but at a different ratio :))
Wipe them with a paper towel, then place them in a bowl and add the olive oil, parmesan, salt, pepper and mashed garlic cloves. Mix them well so that they are evenly coated.
Arrange the on a large tray lined with baking paper, careful not to overlap, and bake them for about 40 min at 180 C, until they are golden crispy as you like them :) Dig in!
