Am pregatit pentru voi the most amazing supa crema de linte ever invented :) Foarte consistenta si satioasa, aromata (trebuie sa o incercati ca sa vedeti despre ce vorbesc) si sanatoasa. Adaugarea pastei de susan la sfarsit ii sporeste mult beneficiile nutritionale. Sanatate curata, ce sa mai! :)
Ingrediente:
- 200g linte
- 1 fir de praz
- 1 morcov
- 1 ceapa rosie
- 4 catei de usturoi
- 1 radacina de patrunjel
- 1 lg baza bio pt mancaruri
- 2 lg de ulei de masline
- 1 lg pasta de susan (tahini)
- 1/2 legatura de patrunjel
Piece of cake: tocam legumele si le calim in uleiul de masline pana isi schimba culoarea, apoi adaugam si lintea, baza pentru mancaruri, 2 L de apa si lasam totul la fiert, 20-30 de min, pana lintea se inmoaie si umfla.
Pasam totul cu blenderul vertical, iar dupa ce s-a racit putin supa, adaugam pasta de susan si patrunjelul tocat marunt. O minunatie! :) Pofta mare la supa crema de linte :)
ENGLISH VERSION
I prepared for you THE most amazing lentils soup ever invented :) So filling and nutritious, full of flavor (you have to try it to see what I am talking about) and healthy. Adding the tahini in the end enhances its nutritional benefits. Pure health at its best! :)
Ingredients
- 200 g lentils
- 1 leek
- 1 carrot
- 1 red onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 parsley root
- 1 tbsp organic food base
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
- 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
Piece of cake: chop and saute the veggies until fragrant, then add the lentils, 2 L of water, dried spices and let all boil for about 20-30 min, until the lentil is soft and fluffy.
Blend everything until smooth, and once the soup has cooled a little, add the tahini and chopped parsley on top. What a delight! :)
Ceva nu e OK la aceasta reteta, fie cantitatea de linte, fie cea de apa ar trebui ajustate!
