O rontaiala sanatoasa intr-o zi calduroasa de vara pentru care MERITA sa porniti putin cuptorul :)) Chipsuri de dovlecei cu parmezan la cuptor. Sunt crocanti la exterior, putin moi inauntru, super gustosi de la parmezan si pot fi serviti cu diverse sosuri: ketchup, guacamole, smantana, iaurt, Tzatziki, un sos cu usturoi etc Pofta mare! :)

Ingrediente (2 tavi): 

  • 2 dovlecei
  • 2 oua
  • 50g pesmet (sau faina de migdale)
  • 50g parmezan ras
  • 1/2 lgt boia dulce
  • 1 lgt sare
  • sosuri pentru servit: ketchup, iaurt, smantana, tzatziki etc

Intr-un castron micut amestecam pesmetul (sau faina de migdale), parmezanul, sarea, sarea si si boiaua dulce. Taiem dovlecelul felii potrivite ca grosime pe care le dam prin ouale batute si apoi prin amestecul uscat.

Asezam feliile de dovlecel  pe o tava intinsa tapetata cu hartie de copt si le coacem aprox 20 de min la 170C cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele 5 minute. Sau, in functie de cuptor, ochiometric pana se rumenesc frumos :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

A healthy snack on a hot summer day that makes turning on the oven worth while :)) Parmesan zucchini chips. Crunchy on the outside and a little soft on the inside, very tasty from the Parmesan and they are perfect to serve with one of the following sauces: ketchup, guacamole, sour cream, yogurt, Tzatziki, garlic sauce etc Enjoy! :)

Ingredients (2 trays): 

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g breadcrumbs / almond flour
  • 50g grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • favorite sauce for servings: ketchup, sour cream, yogurt, Tzatziki etc

In a small bowl combine the breadcrumbs (or almond flour), Parmesan, salt and sweet paprika. Slice the zucchini into medium slices and dip them into the beaten eggs, and then into the dry mixture.

Arrange the courgette slices on a large tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 min at 170C, with the ventilation on in the last 5 min. Or, depending on the oven, until lovely golden brown and crisp enough. Dig in!
