Pentru un targ de toamna am facut omuleti din turta dulce, care au au avut mega succes, au disparut imediat :D Asa ca am zis ca trebuie sa va impartasesc si voua reteta, e una din cele mai bune de turta dulce din cate am mancat! Ilinca mi-a declarat: mami, e foarte buna si dulce, poti sa faci in fiecare zi? :))))))))) E si perfecta pentru facut CADOU, puneti cateva bucati in celofan, le legati cu funda sau o sforicica draguta si voila! :)
Ingrediente (3 tavi):
- 200g zahar brun melasa
- 200g miere
- 200g unt
- 1 ou
- 600g faina + extra pentru framantat
- 4 lgt mix condimente pentru turta dulce*
- 1 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
- 1 lgt praf de copt

Punem pe foc intr-o craticioara mierea, zaharul brun si untul, amestecand bine pana la dizolvarea zaharului si topirea untului, dupa care punem amestecul la racit.
Separat intr-un bol mare amestecam faina cu un praf de sare, oul, bicarbonatul de sodiu si condimentele pentru turta dulce *(gasiti aici, la Lidl sau va puteti prepara singuri amestecul dupa reteta aceasta). Adaugam amestecul lichid si mixam bine folosind mixerul cu bol si carlig pentru aluat. Se poate amesteca si manual, cu o lingura de lemn, bineinteles.
Transferam aluatul lipicios obtinut pe o suprafata pudrata cu faina si il framantam bine, adaugam faina pana nu mai e lipicios, Il invelim in folie alimentara si il introducem in frigider 1 ora.
Intindem aluatul intr-o grosime de aprox 5 mm, decupam formele, le transferam pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si coacem turta dulce 13-maxim 15 min la 170C. O lasam sa se raceasca in tava, apoi o decoram, daca dorim. Eu am decorat o parte din ea, insa m-a cam chinuit talentul :))) Pofta mare!

For an autumn fair I prepared gingerbread cookies that were a mega hit, they disappeared so quickly :) So I thought I had to share the recipe, it’s one of the best gingerbread cookies I ever had! Even Ilinca said: mommy, it’s so tasty and sweet, can you bake it every day? :)))) And it makes a perfect GIFT, just wrap in cellophane, tie it with a cute ribbon and voila! :)
Ingredients (3 trays):
- 200 g brown molasses sugar
- 200 g honey
- 200 g butter
- 1 egg
- 600 g flour + extra for kneadning
- 4 tsp gingerbread mix*
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Melt the butter, honey and sugar in saucepan over low heat, stirring well until the sugar is dissolved, then let the mixture cool.
In a separate bowl mix the flour, spice mix, baking powder, baking soda and egg. Add the liquid mixture and combine everything using a stand mixer with the hook attachment. Of course you can mix with a wooden spoon, manually.
Transfer the sticky dough to a floured surface, knead until smooth and not sticky, then wrap in clingfilm and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll the dough in a 5mm thick layer, then cut out the cookies. Transfer them to a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 13 – 15 min max at 170C. Let them cool in the tray, then decorate them if you wish. I decorated only a fem I’m not such a great artist :))) Enjoy!
