Azi avem in meniu gogosi keto cu ciocolata, super pufoase, gustoase si ciocolatoase, asa cum ar trebui sa fie orice gogoasa care se respecta :)) DAR ale mele sunt even better, Keto, low carb, fara zahar, fara cereale, fara gluten :)

Ingrediente (10 buc):

Amestecam ingredientele uscate: faina de migdale, pudra de cacao, taratele de psyllium, praful de copt, faina de cocos si un praf de sare. Separat batem ouale, adaugam indulcitorul, smantana, untul topit, vanilia si romul.

Combinam cele 2 amestecuri usor, cu o spatula. Repartizam compozitia in tava pentru gogosi* unsa cu putin ulei, batem usor formele de blatul de bucatarie, pentru a se aseza uniform compozitia.

Le coacem 20 de min la 180C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Dupa ce s-au racit, le scoatem din forme si picuram peste ele toppingul facut din unt de cacao topit si Green Sugar pudra. Sunt geniale! :) Pofta mare!

*Smantana lichida fara caragenan am gasit pana acum doar aceste 3 sortimente: Laptaria cu Caimac, Sanlacta, Artesana si Ken Nata (cu 35% sau 38% grasime, se cumpara doar online). Daca ati mai descoperit vreun alt brand, dati-mi de stire :)

ENGLISH VERSION

Today we are having keto chocolate donuts, super fluffy, tasty and full of chocolate, like any donut should be :)) BUT mine are even better, keto, low carb, sugar free, grain free, gluten free :)

Ingredients (10 pcs):

  • 150 g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 2 tsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp rum essence
  • 100 g stevia erythritol
  • 4 eggs
  • 75 g melted butter
  • 125 ml heavy cream
  • Topping: 4 tbsp cocoa butter 1 tbsp powdered sweetener

Mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa, psyllium husk, coconut flour and a pinch of salt. Separately whisk the eggs, add the sweetener cream, melted butter, vanilla and rum.

Combine the 2 mixtures gently,with a spatula. Divide the mixture into 10 muffin cases greased with a little oil, gently beat the tray on the kitchen counter to get the mixture to set.

Bake for 20 min at 180 C until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Once they’ve cooled, take them out from the tray and drizzle the glaze made from melted cocoa butter and sweetener. They’re amazing. Enjoy!
