Am descoperit intamplator aceasta combinatie de mix de legume prajite la Airfryer cu sos de avocado si usturoi si mama, maaama ce bine mi-a parut ca am facut-o! :))) Legumele ies atat de gustoase, cu foarte putin ulei si fara prajeala, iar sosul de avocado cu usturoi e ca un mujdei modern si foarte cremos :))) De incercat combinatia, desi pare simpla si banala, va recomand sa salvati reteta in Pinterest :)

Ingrediente:

  • 1/2 telina
  • 1 gulie
  • 1 morcov
  • 2 ardei capia mici
  • un pumn de rosii cherry
  • 4 ridichi
  • sare, ulei de masline
  • 2 avocado
  • 2 lg iaurt*
  • 1 catel de usturoi
  • 1 lgt ulei de masline
  • sare, piper

Decojim morcovul si telina, taiem legumele bastonase, eu am pus ce am avut in frigider, dar mai puteti pune si alte legume: dovlecei, pastarnac, dovleac, sfecla rosie, mmmmmm… Punem legumele in vasul Airfryerului (am acest model), le pulverizam cu ulei de masline, presaram sare deasupra si le “prajim” 15-17 min la 200C.

Eu am pus si rosiile de la inceput si nu a fost o idee stralucita, s-au facut ketchup aproape :)) Insa s-au imbinat frumos cu restul bastonaselor, asa ca I regret not :D Puteti scutura 1 data tava la jumatatea timpului.

Pentru sos punem in blender pulpa de la cele 2 avocado, iaurtul (puteti folosi unul vegan pt varianta de post), sare, piper, uleiul de masline si catelul de usturoi. Mixam pana pana obtinem o crema fina si servim legumele calde cu acest sos. Dementa, pofta mare! :)

I randomly discovered this combination of Airfryer veggies with avocado sauce and, boy, was I happy I did! :))) The veggies are so tasty cooked like this, with very little oil and no frying and the avocado garlic dip is just the perfect thing to accompany them, you really have to Pin this combination on Pinterest and try it, it’s so simple but delicious :)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 celeriac
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 small bell peppers
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 radishes
  • salt, olive oil
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tbsp yogurt*
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Peel the carrot and celeriac, cut the veggies into sticks, I used what I had in my fridge, but you can use other veggies, too: zucchini, courgette, parsnip, pumpkin, beetroot, , mmmmmm… Plac the veggies in the Airfryer pan, spray olive oil over them and sprinkle salt, then “fry” them for about 15-17 min at 200C.

I put the cherry tomatoes in the beginning, which was not a great idea, because they were way too mushy in the end, but their juice nicely combined with the other veggies, so I regret not having done this :D You can give the tray a shake halfway.

For the dip just blend the pulp from the 2 avocados, yogurt (you can use a vegan one for a vegan dish option), salt, pepper, just a little olive oil and the garlic clove. Blend until smooth and creamy and serve with the warm veggies. Super yummy, enjoy! :)
