Azi avem in meniu o bunatate de spanac cremos cu somon, deci daca pana acum NU va placea spanacul, merita sa ii dati o sansa acestui spanac cremos, e demential! :) Si foarte mult imi place ca e o mancare hranitoare care e gata super repede, gen in maaaaaxim 30 de min ai masa gata cu efort minim :) (spanac: 3 portii a cate 316 cal si 7g net carbs – fara somon)

Ingrediente (3 portii):

  • 25g unt
  • 1 ceapa
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 450g spanac congelat
  • 170ml smantana lichida
  • 40g parmezan
  • sare, piper
  • 1 praf de nucsoara
  • 3 fileuri de somon

Incingem untul intr-o tigaie incapatoare, calim ceapa si usturoiul tocate marunt pana devin translucide. Adaugam spanacul (al meu a fost congelat portionat cubulete) si lasam totul pe foc pana acesta sa se inmoaie.

Adaugam smantana lichida, sare, piper, putina nucsoara si gatim totul cateva minute la foc mare amestecand, pana scade zeama. La final adaugam parmezanul si pasam totul cu blenderul, insa nu foarte mult, sa nu obtinem chiar un piure, ci sa pastram putin din consistenta spanacului :)

Eu am gatit somonul la Airfryer, insa il puteti praji, gati pe gratar sau coace in cuptor. Servim spanacul cremos si fierbinte cu somonul proaspat prajit. Eu am presarat niste fulgi de sare marina deasupra. Sen-za-ti-e, pofta mare!

P.S. – alte retete cu somon am aici sau poate va face cu ochiul mancarea aceasta de urzici :)

ENGLISH VERSION

Today we have the most delicious creamy spinach with salmon, if you didn’t like spinach until now, please do try this way of cooking it, it’s divine! :) And the best thing is that this meal is super quick and nutritious, in max 30 min you have lunch or dinner ready, with minimum effort :)

Ingredients (3 servings):

  • 25 g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 450 g frozen spinach
  • 170 ml heavy cream
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 3 salmon fillets

Heat the butter in a large pan, saute the diced onion and garlic until translucent. Add the spinach (I used frozen spinach that was portions into cubes) and let it cook until softened.

Add the heavy cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cook everything for a couple min on high heat, until the liquids reduces. In the end ad the grated parmesan and blend everything, but not too much, to save some of the consistency : )

I cooked my salmon in an Airfryer, but you can normally fry, grill or bake it. Serve the hot creamy spinach with the freshly cooked salmon. I added some sea salt flakes on top. Amazing, enjoy!
