Pui cu legume la multicooker. Cand Ilinca maraie ca ii e foame si ca nu ii place nimic din ce avem, am o solutie de back-up care stiu ca functioneaza de fiecare data :) Daca o mancare are carnita frageda, morcovi si ciuperci, copilul meu e fericit, jur :)))) Asa ca fac destul de des aceasta mancare de pui cu legume la multicookerul meu (am acest model), dureaza foarte putin, cand vin de la serviciu e cea mai rapida solutie pentru a avea o masa calda si foarte gustoasa (prin gatirea sub presiune carnea iese foarte frageda, toate sucurile se aromele se pastreaza in mancare, e magic :)
Ingrediente:
- 2 pulpe intregi de pui
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- 1 morcov, 1 pastarnac
- 2 cepe
- 2 tije de telina Apio
- 1 ardei capia
- 200g ciuperci
- 1 lg mix de legume deshidratate pt mancaruri
- 1 lg pasta de rosii
- 1/2 lgt boia
- sare dupa gust
Mod de preparare:
Setam multicookerul pe functia Brown/Saute pt 10 min, apasam Start. Adaugam uleiul de masline si rumenim cepele tocate marunt. Adaugam si pulpele de pui cu tot cu piele (carnea cu piele si os da un gust f bun :) si le rumenim pe ambele parti.
Adaugam legumele tocate: ardeiul, morcovul, pastarnacul, telina Apio, ardeiul capia, ciupercile. Puteti folosi ce legume va plac, eu aveam si un dovlecel, dar mi-am dat seama ca sunt prea multe legume si Ilincai nu prea ii place dovlecelul :))
Adaugam mixul de legume deshdratate, pudra de boia, pasta de rosii, sare si 200ml de apa (puteti folosi si suc de rosii, eu nu am avut). Amestecam usor toate ingredientele si setam aparatul pe functia Poultry pt 20 de min, presiune High.
Dupa ce timpul s-a scurs lasam aparatul sa elibereze presiunea natural 10 min, adica nu ii facem nimic :), apoi asezam un prosop pe valva (sa nu stropeasca) si o eliberam cu grija cu o spatula. Servim fierbinte aceasta mancare de pui cu legume la multicooker, e delicioasa, pofta mare! :)

When Ilinca is „hangry” and doesn’t not like anything we have, I have this backup recipe that works every single time :) If she has some tender meat, mushrooms and carrots, my child is happy and satisfied, I swear :))) So I make this pressure cooker chicken and veggies very often, especially when I come for work, it’s quick and delicious (pressure cooking makes meat very tender and keeps all the juices and flavors inside, it’s magic :)
Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken legs + thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 carrot, 1 parsnip
- 2 onions
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 red pepper
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp dried veggies mix
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- salt to taste
Set the multicooker on Brown/Saute pt 10 min, press Start. Add the olive oil and saute the diced onions. Add the chicken legs (skin on, skin and bones give the food a great taste :) and brown them on each side.
Add the chopped veggies: bell pepper, carrot, parsnip, celery sticks, pepper and mushrooms. You can use any veggies you like I also had a courgette, but I realized there were too many veggies and Ilinca doesn’t like courgettes anyway :))
Add the dried vegetable mix, paprika, tomato paste, sapt and 200m water (you can use tomato juice, I didn’t have). Mix everything and select Poultry for 20 min, High pressure.
After the time’s up, let the multi cooker naturally release pressure for 10 min (as in just leave it :), the put a cloth over the pressure valve and gently release it with a spatula. Serve hot, it’s delicious!
