Folosesc de ceva timp pudrele proteice Secretele Ramonei si mi-a venit azi ideea sa o folosesc pe cea cu vanilie bourbon si caimac* (yummm) pe post de faina si mi-a iesit un pandispan proteic de vissss, pufos ca un norisor, aromat, o bunatate. E super delicios servit cu dulceata fara zahar, cu fructe, iaurt sau doar pudrat cu indulcitor. Bineinteles ca puteti sa go wild si sa adaugati si niste fructe in compozitie, afine, zmeura, cirese sau poate chiar niste picaturi de ciocolata? OMG, daaa :))

Ingrediente (8 portii):

Separam ouale (e bine sa fie la temperatura camerei) si batem albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare. Cand incep sa devina spumoase, adaugam indulcitorul Green Sugar rasnit fin. Batem in continuare pana obtinem o spuma fina, aproape de bezea.

Adaugam galbenusurile si mai mixam putin pana la incorporare. Adaugam pudra proteica si o incorporam usor cu o spatula. Ideal e sa o cerneti, eu nu am facut asta, nu faceti ca mine :)))) Pulverizam ulei o forma de silicon pentru felii individuale (ca aceasta) si turnam compozitia in ea.

Coacem acest pandispan proteic la 170C timp de 15-18 min, pana trece testul scobitorii, depinde mult de formele folosite. Se scoate din forme si se savureaza, e pufosssss si gustos :) Enjoy! Pandispan proteic din 3 ingrediente.

Ingrediente pudra proteica cu vanilie si caimac: izolat proteic de zer 90% – 75%, Green Sugar 9,5%, pudra de frisca 5,7%, proteine din caju (din sursa organica), proteine din migdale (din sursa organica), aroma naturala de vanilie Bourbon, aroma de caimac, sare. La 100g contine 72g proteine, 2.8g net carbs si 364 kcal.

I’ve been using these protein powders by Secretele Ramonei for some time and today I got the idea of using the vanilla bourbon one as flour in a protein pound cake :) OMG, it turned out super amazing, so fluffy as a cloud, perfect for serving with fruit, yogurt, sugar free jam… You can go wild ans use ad ins such as: cherries, blueberries, raspberries, maybe even chocolate chips? :)

Ingredients (8 servings):

  • 5 eggs
  • 50 g Green Sugar, powdered
  • 30 g protein powder Secretele Ramonei*

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy, then add the powdered sweetener. Beat until it becomes white and glossy. Add the egg yolks, lower the mixer speed and incorporate them.

Sift in the protein powder and incorporate with a spatula. Spray a silicone baking dish (8 individual cavities) with oil, pour the batter and bake for about 15-18 min at 170 C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. The baking time may vary a lot depending on the size of the silicone molds. Enjoy!
