Ingrediente:
- 350g sfecla rosie gatita
- 100g branza Feta Verdino
- 1 catel de usturoi
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- 150g iaurt vegetal
- 1 lg zeama de lamaie
- sare, piper
Puteti coace sau fierbe voi sfecla, eu am mers pe varianta rapida si am folosit sfecla rosie fiarta ambalata, 3 bucati micute.
Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION
I had found an egyptian beetroot dip recipe and when I received a huge package of vegetable products from Verdino, and the vegan feta cheese was the first thing I wanted to try :) After eating some of it plain, of course :)) This vegan beetroot dip is super tasty and perfect on toast, for anyone religious fasting, dairy intolerant or with a vegan lifestyle :)
Ingredients:
- 350g beetroot, cooked
- 100g vegetable Feta cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g vegan yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt, pepper
You can cook the beetroot (boil, roast it or steam it) or buy it already cooked, I used 3 tiny pieces of already boiled beetroot. Just put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well, season with salt and pepper to your taste and preferences :)
I served this yummy dip right away on toasted fitness buns, with crumbled Verdino Feta cheese on top. You CANNOT tell it’s vegan, it’s so delicious! :) Enjoy!
