Inca o reteta pe care am postat-o in Stories acum ceva timp si mi-a tot fost ceruta apoi, cu detalii :)) Piure de dovlecel cu gris, e o mancarica ce ii place Teodorei la nebunie, se face foaaarte repede, pentru ca dovlecelul se fierbe la abur in 5 minute si grisul se face si el iiiiimediat, asa ca la noi e pe repeat :) So, keep reading, moms :)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 200g dovlecel
- 3 lg gris (30g)
- 250ml apa
- 1 cub de unt
- 1/2 lgt boia dulce
Decojim dovlecelul, il taiem cubulete, apoi il fierbem la aburi. Eu il fierb la aparatul 2 in 1 pe care l-am primit (acesta). Il scurgem de apa si il pasam cu ajutorul blenderului.






Punem intr-o craticioara 250ml de apa la fiert, cand incepe sa fiarba adaugam 30g de gris si fierbem la foc mic pana se ingroasa, sa zic aprox 2-3 minute.





Combinam grisul cu piureul de dovlecel, adaugam untul si putina boia dulce, amestecam si voila! Eu adaug si pufuleti bio pentru bebelusi de la Organix, cu porumb sau morcovi, sunt foarte gustosi :) Cantitatile se pot injumatati, ies 2 portii marisoare, cel putin pentru cat papa bebe Teo :) Pofta mare pitici!

Another recipe I posted only in Stories and you kept asking me for details :)) Courgette semolina porridge, a dish Teodora loves, it’s sooo easy and quick to make, that we have it on repeat :)) So, keep reading, moms :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 200 g courgette
- 3 tbsp semolina (30 g)
- 250 ml water
- 1 cube of butter
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
Peel the courgette, cut it into chunks and steam it, I use my 2 in 1 steamer and blender I received as a gift. Drain it and blend it smooth into puree. Put 250 ml water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then add the semolina and simmer until it thickens, approx 2-3 minutes.
Combine the semolina and courgette puree, add the butter and a little paprika and mix. I like to add Organix melty sweetcorn rings, they are very tasty :) You can split the quantities in half, these make bout 2 large servings, at least for how much (little) Teo eats :) Enjoy!
