Sunt mare fana placinte cu branza, le stiti pe acelea gen dobrogene, triunghiuri cu muuuulta branza? :) Azi am experimentat o super reteta de placinta keto cu branza mega delicioasa, vedeti cat de savuroasa pare si cum se intinde branza aia, mmmmmm…. that’s what I’m talkin’ about! :))

Aluat:

  • 100g mozzarella rasa
  • 3 oua
  • 150g smantana
  • 20g tarate de psyllium
  • 20g faina de cocos
  • 1 lgt praf de copt

Umplutura:

  • 300g telemea
  • 70g cascaval ras
  • 1 ou
  • 100g crema de branza
  • 1 lgt marar tocat
  • 4 felii de cheddar

Pentru aluat batem cu telul ouale si smantana, adaugam apoi faina de coos, taratele de psyllium, praful de copt, mozzarella rasa, omogenizam bine tot. Ungem cu ulei o tava rotunda de yenna (diametru aprox 25cm). Impartim compozitia in 2 si intindem jumatate din ea uniform pe fundul tavii.

Coacem blatul la 170C timp de 10 min sa se inchege putin, iar intre timp facem umplutura: maruntim branza telemea, radem cascavalul si le amestecam cu oul batut, crema de branza si putin marar.

Scoatem tava din cuptor si intindem umplutura uniform, asezam feliile de cheddar (au rolul 1. de a se topi frumos si 2. de a intinde usor aluatul ramas deasupra), iar deasupra intindem restul de aluat pentru blat. Mai coacem placinta cam 50 de min, pana se rumeneste frumos la suprafata. Se taie dupa ce s-a racit putin. Suuuuper buna! :)

I am a big savory cheese pies lover, you know those ones, cut into squares, with lots of cheese in the middle? :) Today I experimented a super keto cheese savory pie, incredibly tasty, you can see how rich it looks and how that cheese melts, mmmm! Now that’s what I’m talkin’ about! :))

Dough:

  • 100 g mozzarella, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 20 g psyllium husk
  • 20 g coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Filling:

  • 300 g fresh cheese
  • 70 g grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped dill
  • 4 cheddar slices

For the dough whisk the eggs and sour cream, then add the coconut flour, psyllium husk, grated mozzarella, baking powder. Grease a round pan (25 cm diameter) with oil.. Divide the dough in 2 and spread one half of the it onto the bottom of the pan.

Bake the crust for about 10 min at 170 C, until it sets a little, meanwhile make the filling: crumble the fresh cheese, grate the cheese and add them with the beaten egg, cream cheese and a little chopped dill.

Take the pan out of the oven, add the filling, place the cheddar cheese on top (they have double purpose: to melt nicely and to make the rest of the dough easy to spread) and spread the other half of the dough on top. Bake for 50 more min, until lovely golden brown. Slice after it’s cooled a little. Its amazing! :) Dig in!
