Voiam sa fac si o prajitura pufoasa cu fructe pentru acest weekend, dar nu m-am putut decide ce sa folosesc: cirese, caise sau piersici. Asa ca am pus cate putin din toate :) Un desert simplu, aerat si usor: prajitura pufoasa cu fructe de vara :) Puteti folosi ce fructe va plac, iar avantajul retetei e ca nu va trebuie cantar, doar o cana mare :)
Ingrediente:
- 4 oua
- 2 cani de faina
- 1 cana de zahar brun (sau indulcitorul preferat)
- 3/4 cana ulei vegetal
- 3/4 cana lapte
- 2 lgt praf de copt
- semintele de la 1 pastaie de vanilie
- 500g fructe de sezon (cirese, caise si piersici)
Folosind un mixer sau tel, batem spuma ouale cu zaharul, adaugam apoi uleiul si laptele. Adaugam treptat, mixand in continuare, faina amestecata cu praful de copt, un praf de sare si semintele de la pastaia de vanilie.
Turnam compozitia intr-o tava (23*34 cm) unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu hartie de copt. Taiem cubulete caisele si piersicile si scoatem samburii cireselor.
Presaram fructele uniform peste aluat si coacem totul aprox 35-40 de min la 180C, pana prajitura trece testul scobitorii si e usor rumena la suprafata. O pudram cu indulcitor si o portionam dupa ce s-a racit. Pofta mare!

I also wanted to make a fruit sponge cake this weekend, but I couldn’t decide whether to use cherries, apricots or peaches. So I used a little from each type :) A simple, fluffy dessert: summer fruit sponge cake :) You can use any fruit you like and the advantage of this recipe is you don’t need a kitchen scale, just a large tea mug :)
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of brown sugar (or favorite sweetener)
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup full fat milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- seeds from 1 vanilla bean
- 500 g summer fruit (cherries, apricots and peaches)
Whisk the eggs and sugar until smooth and fluffy, then add the milk and oil. Gradually sift in the flour mixed with the baking powder, vanilla seeds and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture in a tray (23*34 cm) greased with oil and lined with baking paper.
Chop the apricots and peaches and pit the cherries. Sprinkle the fruit over the cake and bake at 180 C about 35-40 min, until the surface is golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Powder with sweetener and slice after it’s cooled. Dig in! :)
