Tanjesc dupa un Airfryer de cand am vazut aceasta reteta a lui Teo de rulouri cu branza dulce :) Acum ca tocmai l-am primit de ziua mea, pot gati pentru familia mea chestii sanatoase „prajite” fara sau cu extrem de putin ulei, which is amazing! Cartofi prajiti crocanti si gustosi, chipsuri de legume/fructe, rulouri de primavara, chiftelute, aripioare picante, snitele si multe alte mancaruri care in mod normal se prajesc, acum se pot prepara in mod sanatos :) I am in love!

Ingrediente (6 buc):

Amestecam branza de vaci cu indulcitorul, oul, vanilia si stafidele, omogenizand bine tot. Turnam pe o farfurie adanca apa fierbinte si inmuiem pe rand cate o foaie de orez pana devine maleabila. Punem cate o lingura din compozitie in centrul foii, indoim lateralele si rulam pachetelele strans.

Repetam pana terminam foile. Incingem Airfryerul la 200 de grade si coacem pachetelele timp de 10 minute. Le servim caldute, cu dulceata :) Sunt geniale, putin crocante la exterior si fragede inauntru, niste mini placintele-pateuri cu branza sanatoase si gata in 10 minute, yeei! :)

ENGLISH VERSION 

I’ve been dreaming of an Airfryer for so long and now I finally got one for my birthday! :) I can finally make healthy fried stuff with just a tablespoon or no oil, which is so amazing! Crunchy tasty fries, veggie or fruit chips, spring-rolls, meatballs, spicy wings and so many other traditionally fried stuff :) I am in love!

Ingredients (6 pcs):

  • 6 rice sheets
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp xylitol (or favorite sweetener)
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 small free range egg
  • sugar-free preserve for serving

Mix the cottage cheese with the sweetener, egg, vanilla and raisins. Pour some hot water in a deep plate and sink the rice sheets, one at a time, until they soften and are easy to handle. Put one tablespoon of filling in the center, pack the sides and roll everything tight.

Repeat until you finish the filling. Bake at 200 C for 10 min in the preheated Airfryer. Serve warm, with preserve :) They’re so good, crisp on the outside and soft in the center, just like some mini pastry cheese rolls, but super healthy :) Enjoy!
