#NuAruncamNimic Daca la reteta de clatite pufoase cu mere am folosit niste mere mega stafidite, pentru a nu le arunca, acum am „salvat” un borcan de porumb inceput de Ilinca, pentru ca asa ii place ei, sa inceapa stuff si sa nu le termine, #MomLife :)))) Salata de avocado si porumb cu ce mai aveam prin frigider :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 1 avocado
  • 150g porumb din borcan
  • 200g rosii cherry
  • 2 castraveti
  • 1 ceapa verde
  • 6 ridichi
  • 2 tije de telina Apio
  • 1 lgt ulei de masline
  • sare, piper

Intai ne apucam de avocado: il taiem pe jumatate, scoatem samburele. trasam cu cutitul in interior linii orizontal si verticale, exact cum vrem sa arate cubuletele, apoi scoatem pulpa cu o lingura.

Taiem restul legumelor dupa bunul plac, apoi amestecam usor toate ingredientele, adaugam sare, piper, ulei de masline si servim totul imediat. Ar fi mers si niste patrunjel, dar mi-a venit ideea tarziu :)) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

If for the fluffy apple pancakes recipe I used a couple of really dried apples, not to throw them away, now I saved a jar of corn Ilinca started and didn’t finish, because that’s what she likes to do, #MomLife :)))) Avocado corn salad with leftover veggies from the fridge :) u ce mai aveam prin frigider :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 avocado
  • 150 g canned corn
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 spring onions
  • 6 radishes
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • sat, pepper

First handle the avocado: cut it in 2, remove the pit, cut out lines inside with a knife, vertical and horizontal, exactly how you want the pieces, then remove the pulp with a spoon.

Cut out the rest of the veggies as you like, then gently mix everything, add olive oil, salt, pepper and serve right away. Some parsley would have worked just fine, uI thought of it too late :)) Enjoy!
