Multa lume asociaza salatele cu cateva frunze fade si atat. Ei bine, nu :)
O salata poate fi gustoasa, cu arome ce se imbina perfect si ne satisfac atat simturile, cat si necesitatile zilnice ale organismului. Poate fi satioasa si energizanta, poate fi hrana pentru trup si suflet. Ca aceasta salata de sparanghel. E ceva deosebit, garantez :)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 1 legatura de sparanghel
- 250g rosii cherry
- 1 avocado
- 1 mana de frunze de busuioc
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- zeama de la 1 lamaie
- 1 mana de muguri de pin
- sare si piper dupa gust
Curatam sparanghelul (vedeti aici cum) si il taiem in jumatati. Puteti folosi si sparanghel congelat sau la borcan. Il fierbem la aburi aprox 7-8 minute, pana se fragezeste (incercati-l cu o furculita). Decojim si tocam cubulete fructul de avocado, taiem rosiile si rupem frunzele de busuioc cu mana, pentru a elibera aromele. Amestecam toate ingredientele si savuram o salata delicioasa :) Pofta mare!

A lot of people think salads are tasteless and dull. Well, no :) A salad can be tasty, with perfectly combining flavors, pleasing our senses and satisfying our body’s daily needs. A salad can be filling and energizing. It can be food for the body and soul. Like this asparagus salad. It’s something special, I guarantee :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- salt and pepper to taste
Wash and prepare the asparagus (see here how) and cut it in halves. You can also use frozen or preserved asparagus. Boil it for 7-8 minutes until tender (try it with a fork). Peel and chop the avocado, chop the tomatoes, tear the basil leaves using your hands, to release the flavors. Mix all the ingredients in a boll and enjoy a delicious salad :)
