De cand am incercat reteta de bombe efervescente pentru baie, mi-am descoperit o noua pasiune, si anume cosmeticele DIY, facute in casa, cu ingrediente naturale :) Miros frumos, nu contin chimicale si sunt perfecte pentru un moment de rasfat. Acest scrub natural facut in casa este genial si aveti foarte multe metode de a-l adapta in functie de ce aveti la dispozitie, va puteti lasa imaginatia sa zburde, adaugand la baza de scrub aromele dorite :) Iar daca il puneti intr-un borcan dragalas si il legati cu o fundita, poate fi oferit ca si cadou inedit :)
Baza de scrub:
- 200g sare Epsom/grunjoasa/de Himalaya sau zahar alb/brun/de cocos
- 100ml ulei de cocos/migdale/avocado
- 3 pic vitamina E (optional)
Arome, la alegere:
- 10 pic din uleiul esential preferat
- 1 lg cacao
- 1 lg cafea macinata
- 1 lg coaja rasa de lamaie/portocala/lime
- 1 lgt scortisoara
- 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
- 1 lgt condimente pt turta dulce
Ad-ins, optional:
- 1 lgt matcha (pudra de ceai verde)
- 1 lgt turmeric
- 1 lg fulgi de ovaz rasniti
- 1 lgt laptisor de matca
- 1 lg fulgi de cocos
- 1 lg miere
- 1 lg gel de Aloe Vera
- plante uscate: boboci de trandafir, frunze de menta, rozmarin, lavanda etc
Punem intr-un bol ingredientele pentru baza: am folosit sare Epsom si ulei de cocos, apoi adaugam aromele: am folosit ulei esential de menta si cacao, apoi la ingrediente extra am pus 1 lgt miere. Combinatia miroase a bomboane de ciocolata After Eight, o ador! :)
Puteti experimenta ORICE combinatii va plac, iata doar cateva sugestii: miere+fulgi de ovaz+scortisoara, portocala+vanilie, lamaie+cimbru, cafea+cacao+vanilie, aloe+lavanda etc, the sky is the limit :)
Amestecam bine cu o lingura, transferam intr-un borcan scrubul, ii punem capacul, si il putem folosi la nevoie, ori de cate ori dorim o exfoliere naturala, inainte de baie. Dupa aceea e indicat sa aplicam pe pielea fina o crema hidratanta sau ulei de cocos. Un super rasfat parfumat este acest scrub natural facut in casa :) Enjoy!

Since trying the homemade bath bombs recipe I realized I fell in love with DIY cosmetics, with natural ingredients :) They smell so good, have no chemicals and are just perfect for spoiling and pampering yourself. This DIY natural scrub is brilliant and there are so many versions you can make from it, depending on what you have or just on your imaginations :) And if you put it in a cute jar and add a ribbon, it makes a cool special gift :)
Scrub base:
- 200 g Epsom/Himalayan/coarse salt or granulatedbrown/coconut sugar
- 100 ml coconut almond/avocado oil
- 3 drops vitamin E (optional)
Flavors, to choose:
- 10 drops of your favorite essential oil
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp ground coffee
- 1 tbsp grated lemon/orange/lime zest
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice mix
Add-ins, to choose:
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp ground oatmeal
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Aloe Vera vera
- dried plants: rose petals, lavender, mint or rosemary etc
Pu the base ingredients in bowl: I used Epsom salt and coconut oil, then the flavors: I used mint oil and cocoa, then the add-ins: I used honey. The combination smells like After Eight chocolates, I love it!
You can experiment ANY combination, here are only a few suggestions: honey+oatmeal+cinnamon, orange+vanilla, lemon+thyme, coffee+cocoa+vanilla, Aloe+lavender etc, the sky is the limit :)
Mix well and transfer the scrub into a jar, put the lid on and use whenever you need to, before a bath. It’s best that you use a moisturizer or coconut oil after the bath. Enjoy!
