Pentru cei care prefera un mic dejun cald, dulce, dar si sanatos am o solutie excelenta :) Terci de ovaz cu fructe la cuptor. E suuper bun, gustos, sanatos si va va energiza pana la pranz :) Eu una nu mananc dulce dimineata, dar cu siguranta voi savura o portie dupa-amiaza, cand imi da tarcoale pofta de dulce… :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

Punem fulgii de ovaz intr-un bol si turnam apa cloclotita cat sa ii acopere. Ii lasam 10 minute ca sa se inmoaie, apoi ii punem intr-un vas rezistent la caldura,adaugam visinele, bananele feliate, scortisoara, nucile maruntite, si indulcitorul.

Turnam laptele deasupra si coacem terciul in cuptorul preincalzit timp de 20 de minute, pana se rumeneste frumos :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

For those of you who like a warm and sweet, but also healthy breakfast, I have just the perfect solution :) Baked fruit oatmeal. It’s super delicious, healthy and it will give you energy until lunchtime :) I myself don’t eat sweet stuff in the morning, but I will surely enjoy one serving of this oatmeal in the afternoon, when I get the sugar craving… :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 cup oat flakes (80g)
  • 1, 1/2 cups pitted wild cherries (200g, you can use any fruit you like)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup vegetable milk (60ml)
  • a handful walnuts
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or favorite natural sweetener, to taste: honey, agave syrup, rice malt syrup etc)

Place the oat flakes in a bowl and add hot water just enough to cover them. Let them soften for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a heat resistant dish, add the wild cherries, sliced bananas and cinnamon, chopped walnuts and sweetener. Pour the milk over everything and bake the oatmeal for about 20 min, until nice an golden :) Dig in!
