Daca vreti un desert usor si pufos pentru Revelion, you’ve come to the right place :) Incercati acest tort de mere si miere, e aromat si insiropat, indulcit cu miere, foaaarte pufos si gustos, e perfect pentru noaptea dintre ani pentru copii si nu numai :) Si cred ca e cel mai pufos desert pandispan indulcit cu miere din cate am incercat :D
Ingrediente (8-10 portii):
- 3 mere
- 160g faina
- 1 lgt scortisoara
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- 1/2 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
- 5 oua
- 2 lg ulei de cocos
- 100g miere + 3 lg miere*

If you’re searching for a light fluffy dessert for New Year’s Eve, you’ve come to the right place :) Try this honey apple cake, it’s so tasty and moist, sweetened by honey, it’s perfect as dessert for kids at not only, for the last night of the year :) And it’s the fluffiest honey sweetened pound cake I ever tried :D
Ingredients (8-10 servings):
- 3 apples
- 160 g flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 100 g honey + 3 tbsp honey
- honey and whipped cream for the topping
First of all grease with coconut oil a spring-form pan (23 cm diameter) with detachable bottom and line it with baking paper. Peel, core the apples and slice them thinly, then arrange the slices on the bottom of the pan. Drizzle the 3 tbsp of honey over them.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until light and fluffy. Separately mix the egg yolks, honey, oil, vanilla. In another bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda.
Lower the mixer speed and ad the egg yolk mixture until fully combined, then fold in the dry mixture with a spatula, gently, using circular up and down movement.
Pour the dough over the apples and bake for about 40-50 min, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Place the pan on a larger tray, the honey on the bottom might drizzle a little. After cooling, remove the cake from the pan, flip it on a platter and drizzle more honey over it and serve with whipping cream :) Happy New Year! :)
