Banana bread a trecut „on the dark side” :)) Adica am facut-o cu ciocolata. Delicioasa, densa, ideala dupa-amiaza la cafea sau ceai. Usor de facut si fara zahar, pentru ca Green Sugar ne vine in ajutor :) Pentru un moment de alint dulce. Banana bread cu ciocolata.

Ingrediente:

Pasam cu furculita sau blenderul 3 banane. Intr-un bol mare separat batem untul cu pudra de Green Sugar pana devine pufos si cremos. Adaugam piureul de banane, cele doua tipuri de faina, pudra de cacao, praful de copt si bicarbonatul. Turnam treptat laptele, batand bine cu un tel. La sfarsit incorporam si bucatelele de cacao nibs. Turnam compozitia intr-o forma de chec, asezam deasupra banana ramasa taiata felii si mai presaram niste cacao nibs pentru extra ciocolata :) Coacem prajitura cam 1 ora, o ora si 10 min pana trece testul scobitorii. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Banana bread has gone on the dark side :)) I made it with chocolate. Delicious, dense, perfect for an after-noon coffee or tea treat. Easy to make, sugar-free… For sweet moments :)

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 150 g stevia powder
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g white flour
  • 60 g wholemeal rye flour
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 100 ml vegetable milk
  • 50 g cocoa nibs + extra for sprinkling on top
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate

Puree 3 bananas with a fork or blender. In a separate bowl whisk the butter and stevia powder until fluffy and creamy. Add the banana puree, two types of flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sodium bicarbonate. Gradually pour the milk, constantly stirring. In the end fold in the cocoa nibs. Pour the mixture into a rectangular bun tray, place banana slices on top (we have one left, remember?) and sprinkle some cocoa nibs for extra chocolate :) Bake the cake for about 1 hour, 1 hour and 10 min, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
