Ador biscuitii, dar cei fara gluten din comert se gasesc mai greu si au un pret destul de maricel. Si m-am gandit, bineinteles, ca mai bine mi-i fac eu singurica acasa :)
Au iesit foarte foarte buni, sincer chiar nu iti dai seama ca nu contin gluten. Sunt crocanti si ciocolatosi… Au doar defectul ca nu rezista prea mult… Nu stiu de ce, zau… :))))

Ingrediente (24 buc):

Amestecam cu o lingura toate ingredientele, apoi framantam pana obtinem un aluat maleabil. Il intindem cu facaletul (astfel incat sa aiba o grosime de 0.5 cm) pe o suprafata pudrata cu faina si decupam cercuri cu un pahar sau ce forme avem in dotare :) Coacem biscuitii in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 12 minute. Ii supraveghem cu mare grija, sa nu se bronzeze, cum am patit eu cu prima tava :)) Biscuiala placuta!

I adore cookies and biscuits, but the gluten-free ones are hard to find and quite expensive. So I thought I’d make them myself, of course :) They turned out pretty good, I honestly think it’s hard to tell they don’t contain gluten. They’re crunchy and chocolaty… Their only flaw is that they don’t last long… I seriously don’t know why… :))))

Ingredients (24 pcs):

  • 200 g gluten-free flour
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 25 g corn starch
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 100 g agave syrup (or honey)
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 pinch of salt

Gently combine all the ingredients, then fold it until obtain a ball of dough. Roll it out on a floured surface (0.5 cm thick). Cut out shapes with a glass (or what cookie cutters you have) and bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12 min at 180 C. Make sure you keep an eye on them, my first round turned blackish :)) Enjoy!
