Dupa succesul biscuitilor pufosi cu branza, m-am tot gandit sa incerc si o varianta keto/low carb, iar azi chiar mi-a iesit ceva super! Sunt pufosi, au multa branza telemea si o bucatica de cheddar inauntru care se topeste super :)Si se fac incredibil de usor, Yei! Biscuiti keto pufosi cu branza.

Ingrediente (10 buc):

  • 120g telemea
  • 50g faina de migdale
  • 2 albusuri
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt bio
  • seminte de chimen (optional)
  • 2 felii de Cheddar

Faramitam telemeaua cu furculita, adaugam albusurile, faina de migdale, praful de copt si amestecam bine. Din compozitie formam 10 bilute in care punem cate un cubulet mic de cheddar. Nu e nevoie sa ii aplatizam, se vor lasa usor la copt.

Puteti presara deasupra cateva seminte de chimen, daca doriti. Asezam biscuitii pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si ii coacem 20-25 de min la 180C, cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele 10 min, pana se rumenesc frumos. Sunt pufosi si minunati! :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION 

After the huge success of the fluffy cheese biscuits, I thought I’d try the keto/ low carb version, so today I did and I was amazed by the result! They are so fluffy, tasty, cheesy and crazy easy to make, yei! Keto fluffy cheese biscuits.

Ingredients (10 pcs):

  • 120 g fresh cheese
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • caraway seeds (optional)
  • 2 Cheddar slices

Crumble the cheese with a fork, add the egg whites, almond flour, baking powder and mix everything well. Mold 10 balls from the mixture, place a Cheddar cube inside. No need to flatten them, the will set a little in the oven.

You can sprinkle some caraway seeds on top. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake them at 180 C for about 20-25 min, with the ventilation on in the last 10 min, until lovely golden. They are so fluffy and delicious! Enjoy!
