Astazi implinesc frumoasa varsta de 30 de ani si am pregatit ceva special, niste delicii sanatoase buuune de tot: bomboane Ferrero Rocher raw vegane :) Urmeaza in curand si o reteta de tort Snickers raw vegan, asa ca fiti cu ochii pe blog :) Multi ani traiasca!

Ingrediente (20 buc):

Mai intai punem deoparte 20 de alune pentru miezul bomboanelor :) Maruntim in robotul de bucatarie 180g alune de padure, adaugam apoi curmalele, pudra de cacao, uleiul de cocos, siropul de artar si un praf de sare (intensifica aroma de ciocolata). Mixam bine pana compozitia e fina, cremoasa si putin lipicioasa. Modelam bombonele in care introducem cate o aluna in mijloc, apoi le tavalim prin alunele de padure ramase tocate grosier. Eu le-am tavalit prin nuci :) Pofta mare!

Today I turn 30, so I prepared  something very special: raw vegan Ferrero Rocher truffles :) I’ll also be soon sharing a raw vegan Snickers cake recipe, stay tuned :) Happy birthday to me! :)

Ingredients (20 pcs):

  • 250 g raw hazelnuts
  • 10 dates, soaked
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt

First of all set aside 20 hazelnuts for the truffles’ center :) Grind in the food processor 180 g hazelnuts, then add the dates, cocoa, coconut oil, maple syrup and a pinch of salt (it brings out the chocolate flavor). Process until smooth, creamy and a bit sticky. Shape out small truffles, place a hazelnut in the center of each and roll them in the chopped remaining hazelnuts. Enjoy!

    • Multumesc, draga Catalina! Hartiutele sunt fix de la bomboane Ferrero Rocher din comert :)) Am cumparat o cutie: sotul a mancat bomboanele, ca el nu e fan raw vegan, iar eu am folosit ambalajele :D
